I have an automated scheduling link for prospective customers, which is very well used.
However, it can mean time wasted for the enquirer and myself, if we’re not the right fit for each other.
To avoid this, I use these questions and thought you might wish to aswell:
[Intro] Thank you for requesting a chat with me, Sarah Hughes, “The Business Growth and LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert.”
To help to decide if I can be of help to you and if we may be the right fit to work together, please answer the following:
Q. How did you hear of me?
Q. What is your no. 1 challenge that’s the reason for a call with me?
Q. What is your desired outcome from our call?
Q. What is your biggest fear if you can’t solve the challenge you state above?
Q. What have you tried so far (and failed) to solve the challenge or problem?
Q. Briefly overview your business (who is your ideal client, how many you have now, how many more you want & in what timescale, average lifetime value per client, your company t/o, headcount)
Q. Are you the sole decision-maker relating to the activity you’d like to discuss with Sarah?
Q. Do you have a budget identified for the activity you’d like to discuss with Sarah?
Q. Finally, do you promise to be on the call?
